How We Work in Panama
We don't believe every community needs the same program. We begin with relationships, listen to local leaders and families, and then serve in ways that fit the community.
Our current work is concentrated in Veracruz and nearby communities west of Panama City.
Build Relationships
We show up, listen, and learn from pastors, leaders, families, schools, and healthcare partners.
Respond to Local Needs
We don't force the same program into every community. Ministry is shaped by the needs, strengths, and opportunities we discover together.

Health, education, opportunity, practical support, and discipleship are different tools serving the same goal: stronger families.
Equip Local Leaders
We serve year-round alongside local pastors and leaders, building relationships, sharing resources, and strengthening their ability to serve families and lead ministry in their own communities.

Seven Graduates. New Skills. New Opportunities.
All seven students completed the 200-hour construction course led by Pastor Adán. With new skills and tools provided through the generosity of Bridging Panama supporters, they are equipped to put what they learned to work. It is a picture of local leadership and practical opportunity coming together to strengthen families.

Why We Serve in Panama
In 2025, we felt God calling us to move from the United States to serve families in Panama. We serve year-round alongside Panamanian leaders, local churches, and families through practical care, opportunity, and discipleship.
Where We Serve in Panama
Our current work is concentrated in Veracruz and nearby communities west of Panama City, where we serve throughout the year alongside local churches, leaders, schools, healthcare partners, and families. As God opens doors and trusted relationships develop in other parts of Panama, we are open to serving there through the same relationship-driven approach.
